What does a standard office cleaning include?

A standard cleaning will include floor cleaning, sanitizing, and wiping of surfaces (desks, countertops, tables), emptying of trash, sanitizing, and disinfecting of restrooms, restocking of paper goods, and other broad cleaning specifications.

Will my cleaning include disinfection?

A typical cleaning includes standard disinfection of high-touch and high-traffic areas such as desks, restrooms, and kitchens. Upon request, we also provide COVID-19 cleanings with electrostatic sprays. This is ideal for companies who might need a quick cleaning turnaround from an infected employee/customer.

What is electrostatic spraying? (COVID-19 Cleanings)

Electrostatic spraying is applied using a state-of-the-art machine that produces positively charged droplets of solution onto surfaces. As the solution exits the electrostatic sprayer, it is attracted to all surfaces. The solution attaches to and collects unwanted negatively charged particles, which are then removed from the environment. This cleaning technique ultimately covers all the impossible corners, crevices, backsides, and other hard-to-reach places. The treatment spreads a thin layer of solution, generating quick drying time while maintaining a long-lasting disinfectant application.

What is a deep clean?

A deep clean ensures that every inch of a workspace is meticulously cleaned. The procedure normally involves moving furniture, mats, and other stationary objects to allow access to areas that are not addressed during a standard clean. We recommend a deep cleaning every 6 months to a year to ensure the space is cleansed and free of dust, dirt and grime that may build up over time.

Pricing?

Many different factors will affect pricing, but they main factors we will need to provide an estimate is:

    1. Frequency – How often will you need services done
    2. Size – How big is the space that needs cleaning? What is the square footage?
    3. Time – How long will it take our professional cleaners to productively complete a cleaning?
    4. Environment – How soiled does the actual space get? How much traffic is coming in and out of the building throughout the day?
    5. Materials – Different materials are required for different types of flooring, countertops, kitchen appliances, etc. The prices of some materials may be more costly than others.
How do I receive a quote?

We like to direct every potential client to our website to fill out an inquiry with details on what they are looking for. We will then be in contact within 24 hours to discuss specifics or schedule a walk-through to come see the space. If a walk-through is scheduled, you will receive an estimate within 24 hours upon completion of walk-through.

Can I adjust my services while under contract with Magic Touch Co.?

Magic Touch Co. works on a term-based simple contract. We are open to adjusting the services with a mutual agreement and a formal amendment. For services such as COVID-19 cleanings, outside window cleanings, deep cleanings, etc. we will provide a separate one-time invoice for the additional services provided.

What are day porter services and why would I need them?

A day porter is responsible for making sure your building looks professional, clean, presentable, and inviting at all times Day porter services are more for clients who would like a cleaner on-site during business hours vs. having them come after hours. This is efficient for businesses with heavier foot traffic or multiple locations to ensure one person attends to specific cleaning needs throughout the day.
